This Festival is one of the largest annual events of Ishikawa which includes a gorgeous and dazzling parade and various other events focusing on Kanazawa's unique traditions handed down for over 400 years.

Kenrokuen offers it's visitors various seasonal palettes including Sakura (Cherry blossoms), Kakitsubata (Wild Iris), Autumn Foliage and Yukitsuri*
*Yukitsuri is a traditional technique of suspending tree branches with ropes in order to protect them from heavy snow.
